合同主要条款：（1）每月结算总价的三分之一。因我公司有随时停产的原因，副产品结算以停产时间为准。如超过整月按月结算，不够整月按当月生产天数/当月天数的比例结算当月款项；（2）****电厂正常生产，灰库高位料时，接到电厂通知后4小时内必须放下高位料，否则罚2000元/次，此后每两小时记一次，直至料位下降到正常为止；底部飘灰、库顶冒灰罚2000元/次、气力输灰系统停运的罚5000元/次。造成环保事件的承担相应责任及损失。****电厂停炉事故的，每次停炉罚伍万元整。（3）****电厂正常生产，炉渣、石膏应及时拉运。不得造成炉渣、石膏积压堆放、不得发生胀库、加湿落地事件。****电厂允许渣落地后，****电厂通知4小时内必须拉运完毕，否则罚1000元/次，拖延一天加倍。****电厂停炉事故的，每次停炉罚伍万元整。（4）承包人自备运输车辆，负责粉煤灰、炉渣、石膏的装车、拉运。装卸、运输过程中，****政府相关部门出台的法律、道路运输及环保相关规定。拉运车辆手续齐全合法，环保、安全防护措施到位，运输过程中严格执行相关运输管理规定，装载数量、盖好篷布、车辆冲洗、道路运****政府相关部门规定和要求，运输途中不得出现抛洒、滴漏现象,不在政府规定的严禁存放炉渣区域范围内进行堆放、倒转、二次加工、对外销售等。承包人使用、销售、运输、存放炉渣如因违反规定被环保、交通等相关执法部门查处，给电厂造成的一切损失及经济纠纷由承包方承担。（5****电厂内作业不得夹带除粉煤灰、炉渣、石膏以外的其他物资或进行其他违法活动，一经发现，按照委托方单位治安管理规定及国家法律执行，委托方有权扣留买方违约金1-5万元，并可以此原因解除合同。（6****电厂现场管理规定，装运过程自行负责人身、车辆安全，爱护电厂设施设备，造成设备损坏的除承担维修费用外，另按电厂相关管理规定进行处罚，并承担因设备设施损坏造成的影响后果及相应法律责任。（7****电厂内作业时出现任何安全事故责任由买方自负，造成委托方损失的据实赔偿；（8）承包人应采取可靠措施，确保拉运过程中不抛洒扬尘，污染路面及周边环境。应保证渣库方圆5米内的地面及设施环境卫生清洁，不符合要求的罚500元/次。","type":"text","version":1}],"direction":"ltr","format":"","indent":0,"type":"paragraph","version":1,"textFormat":0,"textStyle":""},{"children":[{"detail":0,"format":0,"mode":"normal","style":"","text":"
